Only the rights holder or someone authorised to act on their behalf can submit a notice. Consider whether the use may be permitted (for example fair use, licence, or public domain) — knowingly false claims can carry legal consequences.

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material you say is infringing, including the direct Cap House Media link (URL) to each post, video, track, article, listing, or profile.
• Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Email your complete notice to support@caphousemedia.com with the subject line "Copyright Notice". Incomplete notices may delay review. You can also use the in-app report action on the content and choose the copyright reason, which places the item in our moderation queue.

We review valid notices and, where appropriate, remove or restrict access to the reported material and notify the person who posted it. Actions taken by our moderation team are recorded in an internal audit trail.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. Include your contact details, identify the removed material and where it appeared, and add a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material lose upload access and may be suspended or terminated.
